The Daisy Dreams Blanket is a cute retro-themed floral throw, made of sweet daisy motifs in an alluring color combo. It’s one of the prettiest designs I’ve ever made!
This pattern is also beginner-friendly, with step-by-step photos for every single part of the pattern.
This design was originally made for my book, Crochet Retro Blankets in 1 Week, and it made it on the cover! The book includes its matching pillow pattern, too!
Sizing
The standard blanket size is 48" (122 cm) wide and 66" (168 cm) long; this is the size you see in photos. There are instructions for customized sizing included.
Materials
Hook: 5mm or size needed to obtain gauge
Notions:
Tapestry needle
Scissors
Yarn: Aran/worsted/size 4 weight
I used acrylics and wools like Lion Brand Pound of Love and Vanna’s Choice to make this. I recommend using a similar acrylic or wool for your own project; you can find good substitutes on yarnsub.com.
Always make a swatch before beginning to make sure you meet gauge (also important so your pattern isn’t too big or too small) and are happy with the fabric created!
